Pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors and agitators — overhauled, aligned, analysed and rewound, in the shop or in situ on site.

Valve Maintenance
Gate, globe, check and ball valves; PSV and control valve calibration; hydrostatic and pneumatic testing to API 598, 6D and 527 — with a mobile PSV workshop for work that cannot leave the plant.

Standards
Tested to the standardthat applies.
Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing is carried out to API 598, API 6D and API 527, or to client specification where it is more demanding.
Our test facility is rated to 30,000 psi. Every test is documented and the records travel with the part.
